THE ONE STOP COLLECTIBLES SHOP DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY

 

1.  Returns/Refunds/cancellations

All The One Stop Collectible Shop goods are covered by our seven day exchange or money back guarantee in compliance with the Distance Selling Act 2000. The One Stop Collectible Shop must be pre-advised of any goods that you wish to return to us. We cannot accept the return of any goods without prior notification.

All goods returned must be in their original unopened, unused condition & include the receipt of purchase from The One Stop Collectible Shop. The One Stop Collectible Shop cannot exchange goods or refunds for any other company. Carriage charges for goods sent or returned are nonrefundable & are the responsibility of the purchaser, UNLESS the goods are faulty or not fit for the purpose, or have clearly been damaged in transit. Note: Refundable return costs must not exceed the total amount as charged at the original point of sale when the goods were initially despatched, nor will it include any customs charges that may have been paid on the goods for overseas orders.

Any cancellations/refunds of completed orders will incur a 50 pence charge, plus the percentage that we are charged by your credit or debit card company. This will be deducted from the amount you will be refunded.

2.Faulty/Damaged/Missing in post items.

When you receive your goods, we advise you examine them thoroughly (even if goods are for a later birthday/Christmas present). If they appear to be damaged or faulty you must inform us by e-mail sales@1scs.co.uk  We must be informed of the problem within 5 days of you receiving your goods. The One Stop Collectibles Shop always tries to despatch your goods with the utmost speed & efficiency, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates, nor can we be held accountable if goods are delayed beyond our reasonable control e.g postal disputes, customs (overseas goods), or your parcel(s) being lost by the postal service etc. Any & all packaging must be returned with any damaged goods. If your goods have not been received after fourteen days of despatch please notify us. We cannot claim for loss of any goods not reported to us within twenty-one days of despatch. UK post is sent first class unless arrangements have been made to the contrary.

Please note: pre-orders are advanced orders, meaning that the item is not currently available. As soon as your item is available, it will be dispatched to you. If you place an order for multiple items, which includes a pre-order, the entire order will be held until all items are available. Should you wish to receive the rest of your ordered goods ahead of the pre-ordered item’s release date, please contact us directly.

Condition of some items can vary. Some of our memorabilia may be pre-owned and aged, and this will be noted in the product description. Please note, we inspect ALL pre-owned items which come in to us, and will never sell a product which we do not deem to be of a suitable or satisfactory condition.

3.Shipping charges and pricing.

The One Shop Collectibles Shop sends its UK goods by First Class parcel/small packet. Shipping charges may have to be amended from time to time due to the postal services increasing their charges. Occasionally, a further charge may be added if the goods are large or fragile. Your right to cancel your order in these circumstances remains (prior to the despatch of goods).

4. Delivery and Despatch Times.

Deliveries can only be made to your billing address. If you require your goods to be sent to an alternate address, please note that you accept any & all responsibility for any losses. We endeavour to dispatch your goods within 48 hours of your order being placed. Debit card is the fastest, as it is an immediate clearance. NOTE: we can only ship within 48 hrs (most times sooner) if the goods ordered are in stock.

Under the Mail Order Act we have 28 days to supply within the UK & 60 days for overseas (delivery for orders to the USA & Australia typically take 7-14 days to arrive. Please note: once we have dispatched your goods, your delivery is in the hands of the postal service.

The customer is solely responsible for all customs charges & should always take that into consideration when ordering. We do not advise delivery to hotels or hostels, but you will be taking your own risk.
